Although these folding traffic cones are not described in the RSA, only a traffic cone (750) and a flashing light are. However, these usually have NO fixed connection and may therefore, under certain circumstances, also pose a hazard to road users / workers. This is not the case with this folding beacon; if struck, it usually simply folds over and no light can ‘fly off’. The retroreflectivity values (RA2 film type) are 98% of those of a traffic cone.

The folding beacon consists of a BASt-approved ¾ beacon (permitted at short-term work sites at night and on motorways) and a WL4 BASt-approved flashing light (EuroBlitzer) permanently integrated into the beacon body!

With an operating time of up to 160 hours, four high-performance LEDs provide a high warning effect, with a luminous intensity in accordance with EN12352, Class L8M/L8L (WL4). The beacon panel and base plate are connected by two robust tilt joints.

Replaceable rubber studs under the base plate ensure a non-slip footing.
